This is a screening form only. It does not ask for your social security number, date of birth, licence number or employment history. Those belong in the DOT application and driver qualification file, which come later if we move forward.

What happens next

  1. We read every application. A person, not a filter.
  2. If it looks like a fit, we call you for a short conversation.
  3. Then the full DOT application, MVR, background check and road test.
